Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Guest Relations Manager.
The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for managing interactions with guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role will also involve providing training and guidance to ensure team members uphold the highest standards of guest relations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations, with a focus on building strong and lasting relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Strong foundation in Customer Service to deliver exceptional support and engagement
- Experience in Training staff to maintain high service standards and improve guest experiences
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus
