Role Description
This part-time hybrid role for a Guest Relations Manager is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and remote flexibility.
The primary responsibilities include managing guest relations, addressing client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of customer service, and conducting training for staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
The role requires collaboration with teams to establish and improve guest service protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to build positive relationships and address client needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills with a customer-focused approach to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in providing Training to teams to maintain high standards of service and improve client interactions
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working model combining remote and on-site responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the construction or hospitality industry is a plus
