Role Description
This part-time hybrid role, based in Abu Dhabi, combines on-site and remote work flexibility.
The Guest Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for esteemed guests at events, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
include managing guest communication, maintaining a high standard of customer service, overseeing guest experiences during events, resolving inquiries, and providing necessary training to volunteers for seamless guest interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to manage and enhance guest experiences
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to foster positive interactions and professional relationships
- Customer Satisfaction expertise with an ability to promptly address guest inquiries and concerns
- Previous experience in providing Training to volunteer staff for improved service delivery
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model, combining in-office and remote responsibilities
- Familiarity with event management or volunteer coordination is a plus
