Key responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.
- Manage inquiries, bookings, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver customer service aligned with hospitality standards and build relationships that encourage guest loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams, handle guest feedback, and promptly resolve concerns.
- Assist with wellness programmes, special events, and guest-engagement activities.
What you bring
- Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry; Ayurvedic or healthcare setting experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
- Proficiency in booking systems and guest management tools is preferred.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.

- Full-time position.

- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi.
