Job Description
We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to deliver exceptional service and ensure a memorable stay experience for all hotel guests.
The role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and providing personalized service in line with 4★–5★ luxury hotel standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
- Support VIP and repeat guests with high-level service standards
- Maintain excellent grooming and hospitality etiquette at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a **4★ or 5★ hotel environment preferred**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Well-presented, polite, and service-oriented personality
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
- **Russian speaker preferred**
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
