Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and position the hotel/restaurant in a competitive luxury market.
The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns and hotel offers
- Manage social media content planning and coordination with agencies/vendors
- Support digital marketing activities including email campaigns and online advertising
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in creating marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and F&B teams for promotions and events
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Support PR activities, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
Requirements
- Previous experience in **4★ or 5★ hotel or hospitality marketing preferred**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
- Experience with branding, campaigns, or hospitality promotions is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
