Guest service duties
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights.
- Learn and apply the company's service standards, employee promise, credo, and service values.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications and experience
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
