Role overview

Sales and client development

• Drive sales budgets, profitability, KPIs, and business action plans across product categories and client segments.
• Engage top clients and ensure excellent customer service and after-sales experiences.
• Develop client relationships and loyalty through CRM initiatives, customer data, reporting, outreach, and events.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate collection knowledge, product support, and launches.

People and store operations

• Recruit, onboard, coach, review, and develop employees; set goals and address performance needs.
• Allocate staff resources and prepare schedules based on traffic and service needs.
• Monitor expenses and operating budgets; submit invoices and payroll records and report on store performance.
• Complete loss-prevention audits, cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store image, and front- and back-of-house organization.

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum four years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Advanced English and Arabic are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

Schedule

• Full-time schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
