As a Client Advisor, you will bring the Gucci experience to life for clients from around the world. Through exceptional service, strong product knowledge and a personalised approach, you will understand each client’s needs and guide them in discovering the perfect Gucci pieces.

We are currently seeking passionate and positive individuals to join us as Full-Time and Casual Client Advisors.

Full-Time | 38 hours per week Working across 5 days per week , this position offers flexible rostering at our GUCCI Sydney Airport boutique.

Casual | Flexible availability Our Casual opportunity requires strong availability and flexibility across the week, including evening shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm .

Deliver an exceptional Gucci experience to a diverse range of clients travelling through Sydney Airport.

Understand each client’s needs and provide thoughtful, personalised product recommendations within every interaction.

Drive individual and team performance across key KPIs, including sales, average ticket, NPS and conversion.

Demonstrate agility and confidence in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Continuously develop your product knowledge and selling skills through Gucci’s training programs.

Collaborate with the wider boutique team to support stock management and operational activities.

You are passionate about luxury retail and creating unforgettable client experiences.

A natural brand ambassador who brings Gucci's values to life through exceptional service and relationship building.

You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are motivated by achieving sales targets and delivering results.
