Leads day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
Ensures effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents across company facilities and assets.
Serves as the first escalation point and supports physical and cybersecurity operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate GSOC operators to ensure 24/7 coverage of facilities, networks, and personnel.
- Escalate and coordinate incident responses with internal security teams, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage schedules, and train GSOC staff.
- Keep GSOC systems and technologies operational and up to date, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Improve workflows, staff training, and technology through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent company values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence; perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Graduate with at least two years of experience as a supervisor in a GSOC environment.
- Strong understanding of physical and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with monitoring technologies, incident management systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work under pressure and respond efficiently to emergencies.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and corporate security standards.
Working conditions
- Regular computer use; occasional reaching, lifting small objects, and operating office equipment.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking; travel as required.
