Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level security at client locations and events.
• De-escalate tense situations or individuals.
• Write detailed incident reports after incidents, occurrences, or reportable variances.
• Conduct investigations and complete investigative reports.
• Oversee campus drop-offs and pick-ups and conduct perimeter patrols.
• Provide emergency and crisis response services, including threat monitoring.
• Transport clients to and from company locations or events.
• Secure residential perimeters, review CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to alarms.
• Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies or failures.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
• A NY Armed Guard Card and CCW are required.
• Have concierge-level customer service knowledge.
• Complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports.
• Have experience with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
• Demonstrate problem resolution skills.
• Interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Prior military or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

• The role requires regular computer usage and occasional reaching, lifting small objects, and operating office equipment.
• The role may involve stressful situations, rapid decision-making during emergencies, and prolonged sitting, standing, or walking.
• The assignment may include climbing stairs, walking on inclines or uneven terrain, and travel as required.

Compensation

• The posted salary range is USD $38.00 per hour.
