About The Role
We are looking for a high-impact Product / Platform Operations Specialist who can bridge product, data, and user behavior to drive measurable business growth.
This is not a traditional operations role.
You will act as a growth operator, responsible for understanding user behavior, identifying opportunities from data, and turning insights into scalable growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
You will play a key role in shaping how users discover, experience, and continue using the platform.
Key Responsibilities - User Acquisition & Growth
- Own and optimize the full user acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion
- Test and evaluate acquisition channels and identify cost-effective strategies
- Monitor CAC, CPA, MNU metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to scale high-performing channels
Activation & Engagement
- Improve onboarding flows to increase activation rates
- Design engagement loops to drive habitual usage
- Identify friction points in early user journey
- Improve conversion from sign-up to active users
Retention & Lifecycle Management
- Improve D7, D30 and long-term retention
- Segment users based on behavior patterns
- Design lifecycle campaigns for re-engagement
- Reduce churn through targeted strategies
Data & Insights
- Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities
- Use SQL or analytics tools to extract insights
- Translate data into actionable growth decisions
- Track key product metrics
Experimentation & Optimization
- Design and run A/B tests
- Work with product and content teams on experiments
- Evaluate and scale successful tests
- Build continuous improvement framework
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing teams
- Participate in growth strategy discussions
- Contribute to product improvement ideas
- Help build company growth engine
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations / growth operations / user operations
- Experience managing full user lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and SQL knowledge
- Ability to interpret data independently
- Fast execution mindset
- Strong English communication skills
- Nice to Have
- International growth experience or emerging markets preferred
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Telegram, X growth channels
- Experience running growth experiments
- Startup experience
