Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and visually driven **Video Producer & Edito**r to join our team.
In this role, you won't just be cutting footage, **you will be the mastermind behind our visual identity.** You will own the entire video creation process, from brainstorming and scripting to shooting and high-end post-production.
If you have an obsession with framing, pacing, color grading, and a high standard for aesthetics, we want you on our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Creation & Production
- **Concept Development:** Brainstorm, storyboard, and script engaging video concepts tailored to our brand and platform-specific trends (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Web, etc.).
- **Production:** Direct, film, and manage lighting and audio setups for studio or on-location shoots.
- **Asset Management:** Organize and maintain all raw footage, project files, and digital assets.
Post-Production & Editing
- **High-End Editing:** Assemble raw footage into high-quality, impactful videos with seamless pacing, transitions, and narrative flow.
- **Visual Aesthetics:** Apply expert color grading, sound design, and audio mixing to elevate the production value.
- **Motion Graphics:** Design and integrate tasteful text animations, lower thirds, and basic motion graphics that align with our brand guidelines.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in video production and editing, with a proven track record of implementing AI tools in a production environment.
- **Technical Skill Customization:** Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- **AI Tool Fluency:** Direct experience with generative video, audio, and design platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Topaz Video AI, or Adobe Firefly).
- **The "Eye":** An exceptional portfolio that proves AI is used to *enhance* your human creativity, not replace it. We require an advanced understanding of composition, cinematography, color theory, and modern design trends.
- **Autonomy:** A self-starter who can take a vague idea, turn it into a script, shoot it, edit it, and deliver a masterpiece with minimal supervision.
- Bonus Points If You Have...
- Experience training custom AI models on brand assets or style guidelines.
- Deep understanding of copyright and ethical standards regarding AI-generated media.
- An active personal social media presence or a track record of growing video channels.
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
