Growth Operations scales business operations and delivers complex, high-value, organization-wide projects.
The manager partners with a functional leader to equip their team with effective processes and technology, and owns strategic cross-functional projects.
The role has high visibility and may involve changing assignments and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a core business function’s leader to generate growth and value.
- Improve core processes and business results, and enhance the user experience for borrowers, brokers, and capital partners.
- Develop actionable data reporting, help prioritize a growth roadmap, and interface with Product and Technology.
- Scope, implement, and manage change for large-scale function and cross-company projects.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and drive projects through complexity and ambiguity.
- Own enterprise software implementation and adoption, and help define Growth Operations practices.
Basic qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or a hands-on operational role at a startup.
- Strong analytical skills, including structuring ideas and data in spreadsheets and quantifying complex ideas into compelling business cases.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, with strong organizational, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity.
