About the Role

CNTXT is looking for a Growth Manager to lead and execute growth initiatives across its AI product portfolio, with a primary focus on scaling Munsit.

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end growth, from user acquisition to retention and revenue, using a combination of data-driven marketing, product-led growth (PLG), and rapid experimentation.

The ideal candidate has experience growing digital or AI products, understands the UAE/GCC market, and is capable of turning strategy into execution quickly.

Munsit Growth Ownership

  • Own the growth strategy and execution for Munsit.
  • Drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Munsit.
  • Identify key target segments, use cases, and positioning for Munsit in the UAE/GCC market.
  • Continuously optimize product-market fit signals through experimentation and feedback loops.

Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Design and run end-to-end growth experiments across channels (paid, organic, partnerships, PLG).
  • Build and manage a growth experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Rapidly test new ideas and scale high-performing growth loops.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate experimentation cycles.

Funnel Optimization & Product Collaboration

  • Optimize the full funnel: Awareness → Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve:
  • Onboarding flows
  • User activation
  • Feature adoption
  • Retention mechanisms
  • Define and improve north star metrics for Munsit.

Performance Marketing & Channels

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • LinkedIn
  • Other relevant regional channels
  • Explore and scale organic growth channels (SEO, content, community, social).
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption.

Data & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics:

• LTV (Lifetime Value)

  • Conversion rates
  • Retention & engagement
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
  • Build dashboards and generate actionable insights to guide decisions.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Develop a deep understanding of:
  • UAE/GCC market dynamics
  • Customer needs and behavior
  • Competitive landscape
  • Use insights to refine messaging, positioning, and growth tactics.

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or product growth roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling a digital product (preferably SaaS or AI).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Hands-on experience running growth experiments and A/B testing.
  • Experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Required Skills

  • Experience growing products in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Background in AI, SaaS, or technology startups.
  • Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments.

  • Highly data-driven and analytical.
  • Creative and experimentation-focused.
  • Fast execution and bias for action.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Success Metrics

  • Growth in Munsit user acquisition and active users.
  • Improvement in activation and onboarding conversion rates.
  • Increase in retention and engagement metrics.
  • Reduction in CAC and improved ROI.
  • Contribution to revenue growth from Munsit.
