Hala is hiring a data-driven Growth Manager to lead user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Hala is a partnership between RTA and Careem focused on Dubai's taxi industry.
Growth responsibilities
- Own and drive user growth and retention strategies; improve lifecycle performance and user lifetime value.
- Build targeted campaigns based on user segmentation and behavior.
- Manage discounting strategies while balancing growth and profitability.
- Run experiments and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Use SQL to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams.
Candidate requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Growth, Lifecycle, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with segmentation, cohort analysis, experimentation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
