Governance and Strategy
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the information security governance framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead the cybersecurity strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals.
- Provide regular cybersecurity reports to the Board of Directors and executive management.
- Establish security metrics and KPI programs to measure program effectiveness and report progress.
- Oversee the information security budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively to manage risk.
Risk Management
- Design and manage a comprehensive enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk management program.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, including Business Impact Analysis, to identify and evaluate information security risks.
- Facilitate risk treatment planning with business and technology owners, including mitigation, acceptance, and transfer strategies.
- Manage vendor risk assessments, particularly for cloud service providers and payment gateways.
- Integrate risk management into SDLC and change management processes.
Regulatory Compliance
- Serve as the primary cybersecurity contact and subject matter expert for regulatory examinations and audits.
- Ensure continuous compliance with SAMA's Cyber Security Framework, PCI DSS requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage cybersecurity-related regulatory licenses and certifications.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, questionnaires, and evidence requests.
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in cybersecurity regulatory examinations and audits.
- Knowledge of SAMA Cyber Security Framework and PCI DSS requirements.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments, including Business Impact Analysis.
- Ability to manage third-party vendor security assessments, including cloud service providers and payment gateways.
