Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Manager to architect and scale CNTXT AI’s growth engine.
This is a strategic role responsible for driving acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion across our AI and data products.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to create a predictable, data-driven growth system.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute CNTXT AI’s growth roadmap aligned with revenue targets.
- Build scalable acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new AI products and features.
- Own CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline growth metrics.
- Lead structured experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Implement product-led growth (PLG) strategies to drive product adoption.
- Design and manage the marketing data stack and attribution systems.
- Build lifecycle marketing programs to increase retention and expansion revenue.
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Revenue Marketing.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Technology.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel growth mechanics.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience scaling growth in GCC / MENA markets.
- Background in AI, data, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience building and mentoring growth teams.
- Experience in early-stage or scale-up environments.
Core Skills
- Advanced performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Paid Social).
- Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io).
- Analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Funnel modeling and ROI optimization.
- Strong SQL understanding for performance analysis.
- Expertise in experimentation frameworks
