Skyler Labs is the company behind Skyler ONE, an AI sales-meeting-prep platform that lets a sales rep know before they go — per-meeting briefs, prospect research, branded decks, and follow-ups, delivered conversationally.

What makes us different, and it matters for this role: we already run on an AI-native agentic operating system.

AI agents — Claude, ChatGPT, MyCL, coding agents — develop features, run QA, manage deployment handoffs, plan product, and execute operations every day.

This is not a "we're exploring AI" company.

The system exists and runs.

This is not a job to "introduce AI." It's a job to use a working agent fleet to drive marketing and growth at a velocity a solo marketer could never hit on their own.

The role

You'll build and run the demand engine for Skyler ONE — using our existing agents to produce marketing, content, positioning, and launch execution.

You turn our build velocity into users and revenue.

What you'll do

  • Own the Skyler ONE launch: positioning, messaging, campaign, and the Free → Pro conversion story.
  • Build AI-assisted marketing workflows on top of our agents — content, campaigns, customer education, outbound — operating the agents, not hand-cranking everything.
  • Own customer-facing messaging and our marketing site, kept honest (we don't promise product truth we can't back up).
  • Run outbound and funnel experiments; instrument them; tell real signal from vanity metrics.
  • Feed market and customer language back into the product loop.
  • What we're looking for
  • A growth/marketing operator who already runs agents to produce real output at volume and quality — show us the work, not opinions about AI.
  • Full-funnel range: positioning at the top, conversion and lifecycle at the bottom. Happy being the whole marketing function at first.
  • A strong writer/editor with taste — you can direct agents to on-brand output and catch generic AI slop instantly.
  • Launch experience, ideally B2B SaaS / sales tooling.

Bonus

  • You've marketed to or sold to sales teams / revenue orgs (our user is a sales rep).
  • Lifecycle/email, SEO/content systems, paid experimentation, light design or design-agent direction.

Location

& team

Remote, but preference is for candidates to be based in New York, Sweden or Dubai for overlapping working hours.
