This is not a traditional support role.

It's a solutions, onboarding, and technical-coordination role inside an agentic software company — you'll use agents to accelerate onboarding, documentation, requirements gathering, support, and internal coordination.

The role

Turn sold enterprise opportunities into successful Skyler ONE deployments.

You sit between the client, the sales team, and the development team: once a deal or pilot is approved, you take the customer brief, proposal, success criteria, and workflow needs and coordinate the onboarding and configuration of the enterprise version of Skyler ONE for that client.

What you'll do

  • Lead post-sales onboarding for enterprise clients.
  • Turn the sales proposal, customer brief, and success criteria into a clear implementation plan.
  • Understand the client's sales org, workflow, CRM stack, pitch materials, reporting needs, and integration requirements.
  • Coordinate with the development team to customize the enterprise deployment — client-specific workflows, pitch materials, branded environments, dashboards, agents, and reporting.
  • Answer enterprise clients' technical and operational questions.
  • Use agents to speed up onboarding, documentation, requirements gathering, and support.
  • Track open questions, risks, blockers, and feature requests; feed deployment learnings back to product and engineering.
  • Build repeatable onboarding and implementation playbooks for future customers.
  • What we're looking for
  • A commercially aware, technically comfortable operator who works well with both customers and development teams — you don't need to be a full-time engineer, but you must be technical enough to scope requirements, coordinate implementation, and know where to push for clarification.
  • Experience in solutions, sales engineering, customer success, implementation, onboarding, enterprise enablement, RevOps, or technical account management.
  • You translate customer needs into clear internal requirements and write clean docs, briefs, and onboarding plans.
  • Strong project coordination and follow-through across multiple customers and stakeholders.
  • You already use AI tools and agentic workflows to make your own work faster and more scalable.

Bonus

  • Sales engineering, solutions consulting, implementation, or CS background.
  • Worked with CRM, sales enablement, sales intelligence, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiar with APIs, integrations, permissions, data workflows, or technical configuration.
  • Supported enterprise pilots / proof-of-concepts.
  • Built onboarding playbooks, technical docs, or customer enablement materials.
