This is not a traditional enterprise sales role.

You'll operate inside the same agentic world Skyler ONE is building for customers — leads, account briefs, pitch angles, outreach, and follow-up workflows are supported by agents and by Skyler ONE itself.

The job is to use that leverage to sell smarter, move faster, and build a repeatable growth engine.

Put simply: you'll prove that Skyler ONE can be used to sell Skyler ONE.

The role

Drive adoption of Skyler ONE across enterprise sales organizations.

You'll open doors with revenue leaders — CROs, VPs of Sales, RevOps and Sales Enablement leaders, founders, enterprise decision-makers — run the commercial conversation end to end, and help them see why Skyler ONE is a new operating model for the individual seller.

What you'll do

  • Identify sales organizations and revenue teams that can benefit from Skyler ONE.
  • Build relationships with CROs, VPs of Sales, RevOps and Sales Enablement leaders, founders, and enterprise buyers.
  • Use Skyler ONE and internal agents to generate leads, prepare account briefs, research accounts, find pitch angles, and personalize outreach.
  • Own commercial conversations from outreach through discovery, proposal, pilot, and close.
  • Build and test repeatable sales motions across segments — startups, scaleups, sales-led companies, and enterprise.
  • Find partnerships, channel, and strategic growth paths that accelerate adoption.
  • Hand off cleanly to Enterprise Solutions once a deal or pilot is agreed.
  • Feed market feedback into product, positioning, pricing, and onboarding.
  • What we're looking for
  • A commercial operator who can sell, think strategically, move fast, and use AI agents as leverage — not someone dependent on old playbooks.
  • Real enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships experience: prospect, qualify, run discovery, negotiate, close.
  • Confident with senior business leaders; you understand their commercial priorities.
  • You genuinely feel the pain of fragmented sales workflows, CRM admin, poor meeting prep, and inconsistent follow-up.
  • You already use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve your own work, and you can create structure where no perfect playbook exists yet.
