Lead delivery of core HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistent standards, controls, and service delivery for a complex international workforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries and drive consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
- Manage onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Oversee UAE immigration, expatriate employment contracts, international assignments, and documentation.
- Drive HR governance, policies, procedures, compliance monitoring, and employee relations support.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits with local teams, Finance, and external providers.
- Own HR systems, employee master data, reporting, and operational workforce analytics.
- Lead HR Operations, HR Data, Systems, Administration, and PRO resources; influence territory HR teams.
Profile requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with significant HR Operations leadership responsibility.
- Proven multi-country HR operations experience across legal jurisdictions.
- Strong HR generalist background covering employee lifecycle, employee relations, contracts, compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
- Experience supporting large blue-collar workforces in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, mining, logistics, heavy equipment, or similar sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation, immigration processes, and expatriate workforce administration.
