Group Financial Analyst
is a full-time on-site role for Dubai based FMCG Agri Business Group.
This key role in supporting group-level financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
This role involves consolidating results across multiple business units, providing insights on performance trends, and supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial modeling and data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities
- Group Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for the Group.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support the preparation of group budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans; identify risks and opportunities against targets.
- Performance Analysis: Interpret financial results to provide actionable insights on business performance, margins, and cash flow.
- Management Reporting: Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reports, and variance analyses for senior management and board presentations.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
- Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement of group reporting processes, financial systems, and internal controls.
- Cross-Functional Support: Partner with business units, treasury, and operations to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide analytical support for strategic projects, M&A evaluation, and business case development as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to develop financial strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in interpreting data to provide actionable insights
- Experience in preparing and evaluating Financial Statements
- Solid foundation in Finance and a good understanding of financial principles
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools, spreadsheets, and related software
- Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus
