Overview
This role is accountable for the end-to-end HR operations agenda, including payroll across UAE/GCC, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
The incumbent will provide oversight on payroll reconciliation, End of Service Benefits, pension administration, and workforce analytics, while advising senior leadership on HR operational matters.
The role also includes driving continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency, governance, and decision-making.
Key Requirements
- 8–15+ years of HR operations experience within the UAE
- Strong expertise in payroll, reconciliation, EOSB, and pension
- Proven experience leading employee relations and managing complex HR cases
- Solid understanding of UAE labour law and benefits frameworks
- Experience in HR data analytics and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or HR systems)
- Exposure to AI or digital HR initiatives (automation, analytics, or transformation projects)
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide structured, insight-driven recommendations
