About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Group Chief Executive Officer to lead a leading private healthcare provider in Asia.
This role is central to driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality healthcare services across the group’s network.
The successful candidate will combine strategic acumen with strong financial expertise, proven leadership of large-scale enterprises, and the ability to influence at Board level.
Beyond operational excellence, the GCEO will inspire senior leadership, foster innovation, and strengthen the organization’s mission to deliver trusted and accessible healthcare.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the group’s strategic direction in alignment with investor expectations and long-term growth objectives.
- Act as a key advisor to the Board of Directors, providing insights on financial, operational, and regulatory matters.
- Serve as the principal spokesperson, representing the group to stakeholders, partners, and the wider community.
Operational & Financial Excellence
- Oversee the organization’s performance, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and adherence to global operating standards.
- Partner closely with the CFO and finance team to manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial planning.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and optimizing financial, operational, sales, and marketing structures.
Governance & Business Development
- Implement and enforce robust policies and procedures that strengthen compliance, risk management, and business integrity.
- Lead assessments of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to expand market position and service offerings.
- Provide strategic input and negotiation expertise for major contracts and commercial agreements.
Leadership & People Development
- Mentor and inspire senior executives, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.
- Oversee subsidiary boards and ensure alignment across the group.
- Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership training.
Community & Standards
- Champion delivery of quality healthcare that meets patient and community needs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in compliance, information governance, and safety standards.
- Promote diversity, equal opportunity, and organizational integrity across all levels of the business.
Experience & Background
- 10+ years’ experience managing and operating group-level enterprises, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
- Proven success in strategic and operational leadership within large, complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, planning, and Board-level engagement.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate long-term vision into execution.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at the highest levels.

Education
