A busy Abu Dhabi restaurant is hiring a skilled, fast, quality-focused grill chef.
Salary
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Grill meat while maintaining consistent cooking quality.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, daily opening preparations, and backup preparations; ensure stock readiness.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the assigned area.
- Ensure food meets required quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods and support other kitchen sections when needed.
Requirements
- Must have experience grilling meat and maintaining consistent cooking quality.
- Must be skilled in preparing sauces, marinades, and other kitchen preparations.
- Must work quickly, efficiently, and accurately under pressure and manage multiple orders.
- Should be hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and a good team player.
Work location
- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi.
