Admin / Accountant Assistant role in the food and beverage industry, located in Abu Dhabi.

Education and experience
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration or managerial roles.
- F&B, retail, or service-industry experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic accounting, HR procedures, and administrative workflows.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills; English fluency is required and Arabic is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are sought.
- UAE experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, schedules, and attendance reports; coordinate communication among branches, chefs, suppliers, and management.
- Manage contracts, permits, licenses, renewals, and office files; prepare staff notices, memos, warnings, and internal communications.
- Handle purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and invoice monitoring; assist with payroll, deductions, and overtime reports.
- Support recruitment paperwork, including E-channel tasks, offer letters, and onboarding documents; prepare weekly schedules and announcements.
- Respond to management requests and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
