Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Visual Merchandiser to enhance our brand presence across both in-store and digital platforms. This role combines strong graphic design skills with visual merchandising expertise to create engaging customer experiences, support marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute visually compelling in-store displays, window concepts, and product presentations aligned with brand guidelines
• Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Design and produce marketing collaterals including in-store POS, banners, signage, and promotional materials
• Create digital assets such as social media creatives, campaign visuals, e-commerce images, and e-catalogues
• Support marketing initiatives by designing event creatives, booth designs, and experiential concepts
• Work closely with the Marketing team to align on branding, campaigns, and creative direction
• Implement and maintain VM guidelines and planograms across stores
• Assist in window display setups and in-store styling to enhance customer engagement
• Develop merchandising dockets and seasonal lookbooks
• Support store layout planning and product placement strategies
• Conduct store visits to ensure visual standards are maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., SketchUp) is a plus
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design
• Ability to translate concepts into both digital and physical experiences
• Passion for design, retail, and storytelling
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
