Role Overview

Video Production & Content Creation

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality perfume videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, website, and brand promotions.
• Create visually engaging perfume content including cinematic product shots, luxury showcase videos, lifestyle reels, unboxing videos, slow-motion captures, and promotional campaigns.
• Execute both indoor studio shoots and outdoor/location-based shoots.
• Develop creative video concepts aligned with marketing objectives and current social media trends.
• Capture behind-the-scenes, event coverage, and promotional content as required.
• Ensure all visual content maintains a premium luxury feel aligned with the brand’s identity and guidelines.

Creative Execution

• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and marketing team to develop innovative perfume content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Understand luxury product videography techniques including lighting, framing, macro shots, camera movement, transitions, and storytelling.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to deliver campaign-focused content.
• Assist in planning shot lists, mood boards, and production requirements before shoots.
• Editing & post-production
• Edit videos for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, and website usage.
• Add transitions, music, sound effects, and color grading to enhance final output.
• Optimize video formats and dimensions according to platform requirements.
• Organize and maintain raw footage, edited files, and content backups systematically.

Vendor & Shoot Coordination

• Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, models, makeup artists, studios, and production teams when required.
• Manage shoot schedules, equipment arrangements, and location logistics.
• Ensure smooth execution during shoots and maintain production quality standards.

Equipment Management

• Maintain cameras, equipment, microphones, and other production gear.
• Stay updated with latest videography trends, editing techniques, and social media content styles.
• Recommend creative improvements and new production ideas to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and content editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, product, lifestyle, or social media content creation.
• Experience in perfume, beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle content creation will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of lighting setups, camera handling, audio recording, and cinematic shooting techniques.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
