Full-time, on-site Graphic Designer in the Creative / Design department in Surat, Gujarat.
Create visual designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
Relevant experience: 1–3 years.
Key responsibilities
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Develop concepts based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with content creators, social media managers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Create designs for multiple brands and audiences, including festival, promotional, product, and announcement creatives.
- Maintain consistent fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and brand identity; create variations when needed.
- Edit and enhance images, stay current with design trends, manage projects and deadlines, and revise work based on feedback.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of social media design formats and dimensions.
- Creative thinking, visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to turn briefs into effective visual concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of Canva and Figma.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Understanding of branding and social media marketing; experience designing for multiple brands and industries.
- Basic knowledge of AI-based creative and design tools.
Pay
- ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- On-site in Surat, Gujarat.
