About the Role
We are looking for a creative, fast-moving, and trend-aware Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, understands modern digital design trends, and can create engaging visual content across social media, ads, branding, and marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a designer who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of producing high-quality work with speed and consistency.
You will work closely with Marketing, Content, and Leadership teams to build strong visual communication across all platforms while helping maintain a modern and impactful brand presence in the fintech and trading space.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, paid ads, campaigns, and branding
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other platforms
- Design banners, promotional graphics, landing visuals, presentations, and marketing assets
- Adapt quickly to new trends, viral formats, and changing creative requirements
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and visual identity
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign execution
- Manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
- Edit and optimize creatives for performance marketing and advertising campaigns
- Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, fintech/trading industry visuals, and competitor creatives
- Support video thumbnails, motion graphics concepts, and ad creatives when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern digital and social media design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and paid advertising creatives
- Ability to work under pressure and manage fast execution timelines
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills
- Understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Notion for task management, content organization, and team collaboration is a plus.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, crypto, trading, or fast-scaling startups
- Knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video editing
- Experience designing performance marketing creatives
- Familiarity with AI design tools and creative automation workflows
- Understanding of user engagement and conversion-focused design
