About This Role

Requirements

Proficiency in Davinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Strong understanding of video and motion design principles: Composition, Lighting, Colour Grading, Online Delivery.

A strong portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skillset. (must be provided with application).

A strong understanding of Cameras and Filming.

Fast paced and creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.

Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

1+ year of experience (Videographer/Editor)

Video Production

Collaboration: Work with other videographers, video editors, 3d animators and marketing teams to align content with project goals and develop video content that resonates with our target audiences.

Production: Initiating and producing videos (educational content, explainers, etc.) from concept to final delivery.

Utilise and adapt long-form content for use in other areas, e.g. shorts/reels.

Create engaging videos that support marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.

Develop and further evolve video content with new ideas and series.

Work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.

Essential Skills

Software Proficiency: Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects/Fusion, Photoshop.

Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of editing essentials, transitions, typography, colour, and composition.

Animation Principles: Knowledge of timing, motion, and visual storytelling.

Technical Skills: Asset optimization, and understanding of video pipelines.

Soft Skills

A strong willingness and passion for their work.

A drive to self-initiate projects to further contribute to the creative team.

Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to lend a hand across the marketing team.

Effectively communicate concepts, timelines, and progress to team members and senior team.

Seek feedback from the wider team to improve your work and implement constructive suggestions.

Organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to haves:

Key Responsibilities

Motion Design for video content:

Asset Creation: Design and produce motion graphic elements that aligns with brand guidelines, aiding video content production.

Collaboration: Work with videographers, video editors, 3D animators and marketing teams to align visuals with project goals and develop video content that resonates with our target audiences.

Production: Initiating and managing motion design projects (Promos, explainers etc) from concept to final delivery.

Graphic Design

Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all graphic elements, adhering to 21D visual identity guidelines.

Create engaging marketing assets for campaigns, social media and other visual assets that support marketing initiatives.

Develop and further evolve brand guidelines.

Work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
