We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategic solutions that align with our clients’ objectives.

You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful business insights.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

A master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP will be considered an advantage.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related domain.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau is essential.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical.

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
