About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Banking Specialist to join our innovative team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our digital banking platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to digital banking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the performance of digital banking platforms, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop new features and improve existing functionalities based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Monitor system health and implement necessary updates, patches, and security measures to safeguard customer data and transactions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in digital banking to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on digital banking tools and processes.
