General Summary or Job Objective
We are looking for a motivated **Graduate Trainee – UAE Nationals** to join our team at INDEX Holding and its subsidiaries.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a professional career and gain experience across different business functions.
**Essential Functions**
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
- Maintain records and update company databases
- Provide support to different departments when required
- Learn company processes and contribute to team project
**Qualifications and Experience**
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or High School in Business Administration or a related field
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
