About This Role
Job Purpose
We are looking to hire ambitious
UAE National fresh graduates
under a
centralized HR budget
, with the objective of developing and placing them into
permanent roles across the organization
based on their
academic background, capabilities, and business needs
.
This role is designed to support
Emiratization strategy
by building a strong pipeline of future talent aligned with the company’s long-term workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Join the organization under the
Emirati Talent Program
- managed by the HR department
- Gain initial exposure to the business through
- structured onboarding and short-term placements
- Work closely with HR and department heads to identify the
- best-fit function
- based on:
- Academic background
- Skills and capabilities
- Business demand
- Support assigned teams with
- day-to-day operational tasks and projects
- Participate in learning initiatives to build
- technical and soft skills
- Demonstrate performance, adaptability, and engagement to secure
- permanent placement
Placement Approach
- Candidates will be
- assessed during the initial period
- Final placement will be based on:
- Performance
- Departmental needs
- Candidate strengths and interests
- Potential departments include:
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Operations
- Commercial

Qualifications & Requirements
- **UAE National (Emirati)**
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization
