We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee - UAE Nationals to join our team at INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a professional career and gain experience across different business functions.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.
- Maintain records and update company databases.
- Provide support to different departments when required.
- Learn company processes and contribute to team project.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or High School in Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
