Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Matching Intern to support our business networking and matchmaking activities for Dubai Derma 2026.
The intern will assist in connecting potential buyers with exhibitors through telemarketing, follow-up communications, and coordination via our exclusive B2B Matchmaking Platform.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support telemarketing activities to invite potential buyers according to our event criteria and requirements.
- Conduct follow-up calls for pre-arranging meetings through our exclusive B2B Matchmaking Platform.
- Provide administrative support, including follow-up emails and preparation of reports related to meetings arranged through the B2B Matchmaking Platform.
- Assist in the creation and preparation of weekly reports.
- Maintain strong time management skills and attention to detail while handling assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, exhibitors, and internal team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with clients professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in business development, partnerships, or event management is a plus.
