Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support and improve governance forums, boards, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate governance packs, reports, metrics, and management information for senior leaders and boards.
• Maintain action and decision logs, risk and issue registers, and policy documentation.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies through to ownership and resolution.
• Support controls, audits, certifications, regulatory requirements, and assurance reviews.
• Report and analyse operational performance, project delivery, compliance, and business outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings, record key outcomes, and follow up on actions.

Experience and skills

• Relevant experience may include governance, PMO, operations, compliance, risk, or assurance in a corporate environment; experience in every area is not required.
• Experience producing leadership reports, dashboards, management information, and presentation materials is welcomed.
• Experience maintaining governance records and coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and actions is welcomed.
• Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, is sought.
• Experience analysing and clearly presenting data, supporting assurance or audit evidence, and working across stakeholder groups is welcomed.
