**Job Title:** Google Ads Specialist (PPC / Paid Search / SEM Expert)

We are looking for a **Google Ads Specialist** who can build, manage, and optimize high-performance campaigns that deliver real business growth.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads campaigns** (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for **ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions**
- Set up and manage **conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)**
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Continuously improve campaign performance and reduce wasted ad spend
- Collaborate with creative and SEO teams for integrated marketing strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in **Google Ads / PPC / SEM campaign management**
- Strong understanding of **conversion tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)**
- Ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce results
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
