You will take ownership of high-budget Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets, directly influencing revenue growth and user acquisition performance.
The position combines analytical thinking, hands-on campaign management, and strategic execution, making it ideal for someone passionate about ecommerce and performance marketing.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape scalable advertising strategies while leveraging automation and AI tools to optimize efficiency.

Accountabilities
- Manage and scale Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns across multiple international markets with full ownership of revenue performance.
- Handle high-budget advertising accounts, ensuring strong return on investment and measurable business impact.
- Build campaign structures from the ground up for new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
- Continuously optimize evergreen campaigns through hands-on testing, ad creation, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and product feed analysis to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and product visibility.
- Analyze large datasets and performance metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Drive sustainable user acquisition and long-term revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align paid acquisition strategies with business goals and profitability targets.
- Utilize automation and AI-powered tools to improve campaign execution speed, operational efficiency, and scaling capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ecommerce performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, including managing large product catalogs with over 10,000 SKUs.
- Experience overseeing multi-regional advertising accounts with daily budgets exceeding $20,000.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets, attribution models, and performance forecasting.
- Ability to translate commercial objectives into structured advertising strategies and measurable campaign outcomes.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and business-oriented thinking.
- Comfortable working with automation technologies and AI-driven marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
