Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced engineering leader to oversee multi-site real estate and construction operations from our Dubai Head Office.
Role Highlights
- Lead all engineering operations across active project sites
- Manage PMCs, contractors, vendors & compliance systems
- Handle contract negotiations, procurement strategy & vendor management
- Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, quality standards & project timelines
- Drive engineering governance, reporting, SOPs & digital systems
- Coordinate with authorities including DDA, DM, RTA, etc.
