We are looking for a highly experienced engineering leader to oversee multi-site real estate and construction operations from our Dubai Head Office.
Role Highlights
- Lead all engineering operations across active project sites
- Manage PMCs, contractors, vendors & compliance systems
- Handle contract negotiations, procurement strategy & vendor management
- Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, quality standards & project timelines
- Drive engineering governance, reporting, SOPs & digital systems
- Coordinate with authorities including DDA, DM, RTA, etc.

✔ Vendor & supply chain leadership
✔ PMC governance & accountability
✔ Regulatory compliance & quality control
✔ Engineering design & technical oversight
✔ Stakeholder & authority management

Senior Leadership Role

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
