Global Tax Compliance Manager（Crypto）
About This Role
We are seeking a Tax professional to support global tax compliance and strategy in a fast-growing international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global tax compliance (CIT, VAT, indirect taxes) across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Middle East, APAC, Europe)
- Prepare and review tax filings, support audits, and ensure timely reporting
- Identify tax risks and provide practical solutions for business operations and expansion
- Support transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters
- Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Operations) on tax-related topics
- Track regulatory developments and provide policy insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Tax, Finance, Law, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in international tax / compliance / audit
- Familiarity with tax systems in the UAE and cross-border tax environments preferred
- Knowledge of transfer pricing principles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English; ability to work with Chinese-language materials or stakeholders is a plus
- Experience in multinational, tech, fintech, or digital asset industries is preferred
