Role context

Eaton’s Global Data Center Segment serves data centers seeking performance, sustainability, cost efficiency, resilience, and security.

The role leads post-order operations for assigned MTDC strategic accounts across global regions.

Strategic account and execution leadership

  • Act as global post-order operational lead and primary operations interface for assigned MTDC customers after contract award.
  • Ensure consistent global execution and customer experience and align commercial commitments with execution capabilities.
  • Drive standardized global execution models, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead regional reviews of schedule, quality, risk, cost, and customer satisfaction; establish dashboards, metrics, and structured reporting.
  • Identify deployment, capacity, quality, and schedule risks; lead mitigation and escalation with regional and functional leaders.
  • Coordinate execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Services, and regional delivery teams.
  • Influence across a matrixed organization and align account management, regional sales, and post-order execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement, share lessons learned and best practices, and support digitalization and process maturity aligned with EBS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in operations, strategic accounts, program management, or complex project execution.

Relevant experience and methods

  • Experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, power systems, or large-scale capital projects is listed.
  • Familiarity with global framework agreements, long-cycle projects, and multi-region execution models is listed.
  • Experience across EMEA, with exposure to Americas and APAC operations, is listed.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement methodologies is listed.
  • Experience with agile, hybrid, or ProLaunch-style methodologies is listed.
