Role overview

What you will do

• Clarify stakeholder requests and shape them into well-defined business problems.
• Assess data quality and availability, and prepare clean datasets for reporting.
• Design business-focused data models and build dashboards that are refined with user feedback.
• Present insights to non-technical stakeholders and document reusable data products and processes.
• Contribute to the team and identify automation and scalable-solution opportunities beyond dashboards.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience.
• Mathematics, economics, statistics, or another STEM subject is preferred.

Skills and approach

• Explore, assess, analyze, and transform data; identify patterns, inconsistencies, and limitations.
• Build actionable data-visualization dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Apply descriptive and univariate statistics to explore data, validate insights, and support decisions.
• Document logic, calculations, and processes; communicate clearly, take ownership, collaborate, and challenge assumptions.
