Programme overview

Training and project work

• Complete core analyst training, including delivery practices, client collaboration, role-specific skills, and generative AI.
• Receive role-specific training that may cover delivery lifecycles, technologies, platforms, and implementation methods.

• Gain project-dependent exposure to technologies and systems and learn to use and help implement them.

Compensation

• Starting salary is £36,400 per year, plus a £7,200 signing bonus subject to terms.
