Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused **Gift Wrapper** to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally wrapping gifts, creating attractive gift presentations, assisting customers with gift selections, and ensuring a high standard of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wrap gifts neatly and professionally using various wrapping materials and techniques.
  • Create attractive gift presentations according to company standards and customer preferences.
  • Assist customers in selecting gift wrapping styles, ribbons, gift bags, and decorative accessories.
  • Ensure all gifts are wrapped accurately and completed within the required time.
  • Maintain adequate stock of wrapping paper, ribbons, boxes, gift bags, and other packaging materials.
  • Keep the gift wrapping station clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Handle delicate and fragile items with care during the wrapping process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Assist with product packaging, labeling, and seasonal displays when required.
  • Support store operations and perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in gift wrapping, retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Good handcraft and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
