Role overview
Maintain hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment through repairs and preventive maintenance to support guest and member experience.
Responsibilities
- Report daily work progress and completed work orders to the Duty Engineer or Shift Leader.
- Troubleshoot reported guest-room complaints and equipment faults.
- Support preventive and annual maintenance programs with engineering colleagues.
- Follow safety rules, departmental procedures, and instructions.
- Complete supervisor-assigned tasks and assist technicians with maintenance and repairs.
- Cooperate with hotel guests as directed by a superior.
Qualifications
- Up to two years of experience in the same position in the hospitality industry; the two-year experience listing is preferred.
- An engineering or related-field diploma is preferred.
- Professional attitude and appearance, communication skills, multitasking, time management, and task prioritization.
- Customer-service attitude; flexibility, teamwork, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility to work shifts; English is preferred.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
