Role overview

Registration and engineering administration

• Prepare, compile and sort technical folders and product dossiers for local registration with the Lead Registration Engineer.
• Upload documents and track applications across local portals, including TAQA registration channels.
• Log ongoing registrations, authority comments and follow-up deadlines.

Technical document management

• Organize product specifications, test certificates, mill certificates and ISO quality documents.
• Keep technical files correctly named, filed and accessible to sales and technical teams.
• Help review factory submittals and product catalogs for compliance before submission.

Department coordination

• Format letters, schedule internal reviews and manage archives for the Technical or Operations Department.
• Provide administrative support when communicating technical details to suppliers or customers.

Background and skills

• Strong background in engineering registration industries, industrial trading or related technical compliance sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and document management systems.
• Strong written and verbal English for formal technical correspondence.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot missing signatures or incorrect codes in long documents.
• Teamwork and ability to take clear directions from the Lead Engineer.
• Prior exposure or foundational knowledge of UAE TAQA registration processes and material submittals is highly preferred.

Employment and pay

• Full-time, permanent employment.
• Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
