- Implement best practices and streamline sales processes for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies successfully.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
